$275 ~ Five 1-hour sessions

Learn how to use your body's natural fertility signs to effectively avoid pregnancy without hormonal contraceptives. By the end, you'll be able to chart your fertility signs, identify ovulation, and understand what's healthy and what's not. Includes 6 months of follow-up.

1:1 Body Literacy Sessions

$75 for first session; $50 additional

Interested in learning about your hormones and charting for health or to conceive? We'll cover all the stuff you didn't learn in health class and what you need to know to understand your body. Includes 6 months of follow-up via email. Does not include charting to avoid pregnancy.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes and curriculum is tailored to you! Book a free consult and let's make a plan.

Typically: 1-2 sessions for basic fertility charting, 2-3 for trying to conceive

Interested in the basics and background of the FEMM Method, body literacy, and hormonal biomarkers, but not ready to dive in to a full course yet? I'll take you through the basics and answer any questions you have. No follow-up included, but cost (suggested: $10-30) can be applied towards future course.

Conception Care

For those interested in learning fertility awareness and body literacy for the purposes of achieving pregnancy, a more tailored introduction to FEMM education. Includes 6 months of follow-up.

Teen FEMM

Body literacy for teens, both those who have and haven't started menstruating yet. Individual sessions (parents encouraged to attend) will teach basic menstrual health, how to work with your cycles, and what is "normal" versus what requires medical attention. Does not include any family planning or sex ed.

Alumni Membership

For those who have taken FEMM Education with me and are past their included follow-up time, but want continued access to ask questions and stay in the loop! Includes discounts on follow-up sessions and a discount code for friends!
