Fertility awareness is all that, and more. All folks with menstrual cycles can learn to track their bodies' natural biomarkers, identify fertile times and health warning signs, and understand how to work with your body instead of against it. Whether you're on hormonal birth control and looking for a change, concerned about your health and looking to understand your body better, or a teen (or parent of one) feeling mystified by periods and cycles, I can help support you and your goals.
